has anyone had a problem with the pr they got from michaels
the last two where bad the first one was soild the one they gave me to replace it was like jelly
i keep them in the garage it gets about 95 or so do you think thats the problem or is it just a bad batch

Polyester Resin is self-excelerating. If it has been sitting on the shelf at Michael's for more than 6 months, if it hasn't gelled already, then it will at the drop of a hat or MEKp.

Excesive heat (95+ deg F) will also shorten the workable life of Polyester Resin.

I doubt it was a bad batch. It was probably just old.

I got an old batch from a local hobby store when I first tarted. It was like jelly out of the can. I took it back and ordered from Mr Fiberglass. They couldn't even tell me how long it had been on the shelf.
Yours sounds like the same thing, age.
