There are many 9" bandsaws on the market buying a five star version hit or miss. Would recommend looking at what is available locally, easier to get an exchange or money back. I would consider a model that could buy band saw blades locally too.

You can always check and see tool reviews over at: http://www.lumberjocks.com

I haveno experience with small band saws so take this for what it is worth. Based on things I've been told, I'd spend twice as much and go with the 10 inch Rikon.

Think there are 4 or 5, 9" bands saws reviewed over at Lumber Jocks. Could not find one brand rated five star. Powertec BS900, looks just like many other 9" bandsaws on the market today. Except for price and who is selling these small band saws, variations in specs listed pretty much a crapshoot as to quality.

9" Benchtop Band Saw

Making an in store purchase from vendor that will exchange or give your money back, plus carries blades about best option other than moving up in size. Hoped might have a Lowes, Home Depot, or Sears in town so could go check them out.

Plenty of 9" bandsaw show up on Craig's list here for as low as $10 to $20 and some for new band saw price.

Good luck.
