Powermatic 64A Plus on Craigslist Austin

What do you guys think of this? At retail I'm guessing this would go for about $1400 and I'm not including the blade which I know nothing about.

Is this a good deal?

I'd call it a decent deal - assuming it's running clean. The 64A was on of the great table saws.

I'd say it's a great deal. The blade alone is worth $100 and is a very good blade. The Incra Miter is worth another couple hundred bucks and is well worth it.
