Posting photos

For the last few days I have been trying to post some photos but my files are to large (photos). Is there some trick that I have to do to shrink these photo files? I have tried several different pixel formats but still to large. Please help.

I use microsoft photo editor, and shrink them down to 25 percent...

With these large megabyte cameras, the pictures are stored as huge files - you have to shrink them!

I use Fotosizer - it's free (thanks, Curtis). I make all my photos no bigger then 800x600 and then use the Fotosizer to get them under 50kb.

There are several ways of posting a pic. I have seen some very large photos get through, but generally, you need to be no higher than 100MB.

THere are several free programs that you can download that will allow you to resize your pictures. If you have microsft office software they have a picture manager.
