Polymer Clay

I had a play with polymer clay. I really didn't believe that it would be any good... (and obviously the pattern isn't great) but it turned and finished much better than expected. I'll definitely be trying this again.

The pattern/patterns looks great but you should have used the same for the top and bottom in my eyes.
