Plastic & Burl Wood Pen Blanks

A few nights ago I was either in the IAP Marketplace or the Vendor Catalogs section and found a place that had blanks that combine plastic with burl wood for a very reasonable price. I should have noted where this was because I cannot find it again. Can anyone help me get back to the place selling these plastic and burl wood pen blanks?
