OK...so they are included in the Majestic Jr. kit I received...what are they for?

I read and re-read the instructions that came with the kit...downloaded them from their web page and did a search here.

They are used as spacers for your pen mill to square up the ends of your blank. You will need a 10mm shaft on your mill to slide them on, then slip it into your blank to square the ends.

ah...so I guess the barrel on these is a weird inside diameter.

Yeah, the Majestic and Jr. come with them. If you don't get one with another kit, you can make them with a spare 7mm tube and a piece of wood. For what its worth...
