Every year a this time we honor our fallen heros on Remembrance Day or Veterans day with a moment of silence. A couple years back I heard a song that brings it all together perfectly, A Pittance of Time by Terry Kelly.

Please pass this link along to anyone who is a veteran or has friends or family that are veterans. http://www.terry-kelly.com/pittance/pittance_en.htm

I have lost very good friends in service to their country as have many of you, on November 11 at 11 am please take a moment to remember them all.

I got a chill down my spine the first time I saw the video, I had never heard of it before. It showed how some people take foregranted all that others have given them, while others never seem to forget the sacrifices made.

I parade every year to honor those who have given so much for our countries and often got very little in return. The two minutes of silence costs nothing but shows the deepest of respect for the veterans. I truly hope you all will join in the same two minutes on Nov 11.

A great song! Brought tears to my eyes as I read the lyrics while he sang the song. Will your children show respect for those who are veterans and for those who did not come home?!!! God Bless All!!

Yea Im a lil smokey eyed myself and the hair on my neck is still standing...great story and song. Thank you to all our service men a women past and present who preserve our right to freedom, your sacrifices will never be forgotton.

Let us all remember that this upcoming day is for ALL VETERANS, present and past, living and dead.

So, to my fellow veterans, thank you brothers and sisters for serving with me.
