PITH to pwhay

As you all know, the PITH rules stated that your pen had to be made from 2x4 pine. So, I took an old piece of 2x4 that was left over from my shed and cut it into many little pieces.

This is a Herringbone 360 on a Gold TI Jr Gent I.

Only the 2nd Herringbone I have ever made. I fought to keep it together. What do you all think? Comments good and bad welcome!
