Posted with permission... This pen is gorgeous! He did a fabulous job. The colors and finish great.

From what I remember him saying, it was 2? coats of BLO cured overnight, then many layers of CA.

Thanks for posing the pics. I forgot to take pictures before I sent it :frown:

It is a random segment blank based on this library article on a long clicker from Exotics. It is segmented with Aluminum Roof Flashing from the big box store. I tried something different with the finish. Normally I apply BLO then CA then wet sand. This time I waited a day or two between each step. I could a tell a little bit of a difference but not enough to do it all my pens. Only the special ones :biggrin:

It also has an upgraded EasyFlow 9000M refill.

A beautiful pen.. intimidates me a little for PITH! But lovely. And thank you for explaining how you did it, Alzey.

Man I have not even started making the one for my partner. I have the idea in my head, just have make it all come together.
