PITH for areaman

This is the pen I made for Bill (aka areaman) for the Spring PITH. This is the first pen I have ever given to someone I didn't know and only the 3rd I have given away (the other ±15 or so remain in my collection).

I searched 3 or 4 different stores to find this piece of wood, it is indeed construction grade pine per the rules. It had so many small knots in one area it almost looked like a burl.

The kit is a rhodium Jr. Gent II from Exotics finished with ±7 coats of med. CA then MM to 12000.

Well worth waiting for the Canadian Post strike to end. LOL
