Pinecone Cigar

Satin silver plating cigar. CA finish. Not too sure about the choice of hardware, this will be for a lady customer. Let me know what ya'll think. Tim

The pine cone is very nice. I would have used chrome hardware.

Travis don't you tell me that[!]LOL the two that I had to choose from were the satin silver and chrome. I helh both up to the finished barrels and couldn't decide for half hour. Then I finally chose this one.[]

I really like the pine cone pens folks have been making lately and this one is right on up there! As for as choice of kit, I like the Satin Pearl kits, but only on certain things like acrylics or resins. It's just my opinion but I think I would have used Gold. But even as is, it's a fantastic looking pen!!!

Nice job! Did you just use CA to stabilize it as you were turning, or did you cast it first?
