Sharon, First option not greyed out is "Save Picture As..."
I save and it as .png and it's the grey circle with the dash inside.

I tried that, still a no go, I even saved it and then tried to open it, still not working.

Looks like you tried to insert an image and linked to a google photo. Instead of linking, try uploading it.

I copied the address and opened in a new tab, still got the gray bar sign. Since you can see it, it's probably a permissions problem. You've got access to see it, but the general public doesn't.
