Pices Band Saw Box Sneak Preview

Glued up the block for this one yesterday afternoon . Got it up to this point today.
Will post another picture after finishing the inside of the drawers.
The Tea light was made by salvaging the wood out of the inside of the two deepest drawer compartments . .

These are very neat, but I'm stumped by how you manage to save the chunks from inside the drawers. Do you not glue up the full block then cut the shape or am I missing something. ......

You cut out the small block of the drawers from the original large block .
Then cut off the front and back of the drawer pieces and hollow them out with the band saw and then glue the front and back on .

Finished Pisces . Got the green flocking in the drawers .
It was cold in my shop so I snapped these two quick pictures with my cell phone and ran back in the house .
