Wanted Phoenix Suns pen blanks

Have been asked by a potential customer if I could make them a Phoenix Suns pen. I know I could get a basketball pen kit and a blank in the colors of the team, but didn't know if an actual team logo type blank existed. TIA for any suggestions or help!!

One possibility might be getting a cast label from Drop Anchor Creations. They charge 12 for a single tube and 18 for a double tube.
I haven't used them myself but have seen solid examples of their work on Facebook .
