Phoenix inlay for one of my wife's soldiers

One of my wife's soldiers is an avid diver. I've recently made circuit board pens (Wall Street II/Sierra kits) for all of the IT guys, but her highest ranking NCO loves diving so I ended up getting voluntold to make a diver pen for her.

As a Scuba enthusiast (375 dives. Took me 30 yrs, some do this in one year!),
