My Phesant Wood order from Robutacion arrived yesterday and I was rather anxious to try it out. I put some in the toaster oven for a couple of hours to get the moisture down and let it cool overnight. This AM I selected one of the least figured blanks and had a go at it. I primarily wanted to see how it turned and looked after finishing so I used one of my lower end kits. I was not disappointed. Saving the more highly figured blanks for higher end kits. Pics are attached.
