Thans for the kind words.

Wonderful brush. Your finish is excellent, as is the cast.

Thanks Mark. IMO the key to a good finish is to let the blank fully cure for a couple weeks (for poly resin) before turning and to switch to liquid abrasives as soon as possible. I'm going to make another abrasive paste with pumice and see if it will replace using the first 3 MM pads - I'm pretty sure it will. If so I won't be buying MM again as my tripoli paste and Novus have replaced the other 6 grits. It takes less time, is cheaper, and I'm getting a superior finish when viewed with a 10x magnifying glass. Granted, that doesn't make a difference to the naked eye, but I know it's better!

Oh yeah! That's a great combination of metallic powders! I'd have to keep that one and make a matching razor!

Thanks Steve. I wish I knew all the colors I used. I bought 20 mica powders from an ebay vendor and she only labelled two with the color! Last time I buy from her. I bought several reds, blues, and metallics so it's impossible to tell which I used.
