Are these pretty effective? Any complaints of leaking, etc? Looking around, it looks like this might be the Artisan Perfume Pen. If so, is the 'perfume storage cylinder' a hollow tube, or is it some sort of foam? Thanks so much-Jeff

The perfume is stored in a fabric "stick", that is inside the lower tube. They are available from several sources, all pretty similar in design and function.

Hello Jeff,

There is a wick in the body of the dabber. The user would dip the sponge tip into the perfume and it will 'bleed' into the wick....
