If anybody is ever down in Scottsdale AZ, you have to visit Anthony's (Penworks) pen and knife store. What a great place. Best pens, knives, shaving brushes, etc on the market!! Plus, great conversation with a great penturner. . This is a picture of Anthony and me (ilikewood)

Thanks Don. Life has been pretty chaotic the last few years and now things have settled down dramatically. Definitely going to get back on the turning scene and posting more often.

Should have called this the "old timers thread". It appears only IAP veterans of 10 years or longer posted. LOL. Good to see all my old friends here again and some in person . If anybody is up in Idaho near Twin Falls, drop in to see me....plus I have about 75 pounds of " scrap" Cocobolo to give to you. My new place doesn't have a shop.

The "Old Timer's Club" I like it. Boy I remember it took me a few months to get up enough nerve to join the forum. I would come here and just follow all the happenings and absorb as much as I could. Learning so many techniques from people like Eagle has served me well. Then I joined and was accepted right away. It has been a fun journey.

As you see the site is alive and well and many new and exciting things have been added. In some ways it has a new look but in so many others it still has that down home feel. Jeff has done a great job keeping things in order and keeping the lights on.
