This year for Christmas I turned .5mm Pentel pencil conversions for my engineering team.
Christmas day we had 9 sprinkler head pipes freeze and burst in our office, flooding the entire two story office building. The ceilings collapsed in most of the second floor, where the pipes burst, as well as a good share of the main floor. In most areas on the main level there was 3-4 inches of standing water on the floor. We spent the rest of the week and the better part of the following week relocating and getting everyone situated in different parts of our building or working from home so I was not able to give these out until last week finally. They were all very well received and appreciated.
