We have a turner here who really does a great job turning pens for our service men and women. He sends about 300 pens per year to go to our service people mostly they go to men and women serving abroad.
He is a man of limited resources and can't afford to buy all of the kits and blanks he uses from his own pocket (it would amount to at least $1000 a year.)
