Made for a business SIL works for. Concrete pump truck logo laser engraved. Red oak on Designer kit.

Wouldn't worry about theming the pen... Pick a nice neutral pen of high quality plating since it'll likely get used often. We sell a Scales of Justice inlay blank that's sized for Sierra/Gatsby/Sirocco pens... that's been pretty popular.

IANAL, but if I was, I feel like I'd just want something comfortable to write with and classy looking, rather than "law themed". Just make gold Jr. Gents or something out of a nice, clean, dark wood. Walnut, blackwood, ebony, cocobolo, something along those lines.
