Pencil Beli

This is a new Mechanical Carpenters Pencil in brass from PSI. Not sure I like it, the grip section is pretty thin. It's not comfortable for me to write with. Some might like it though, I'm not a fan of slim pens. The wood is beli from Woodcraft. The finish is Pens Plus.

It's always a pleasure to see what interesting kit you have made. Nice.
Someday I need to get my rotary axis hooked up and figure out how to engrave pen blanks.

How interesting! From seeing your engraving I would have assumed it was with a rotary axis. So, you just prop the blank, center the laser, and engrave away? - Dave

Yep. I prop it with a piece of modeling clay and engrave away.

That's cool. Do you engrave over/through any finish? Is that CA? Sorry for the hijack...

I don't use a CA finish, this is Pens Plus. And yes, I engrave through the finish.
