Pen Wizard Depth Guide

Hello,

I have just acquired a Pen Wizard and have figured out the basic functions thanks to this group. I have also figured out that I do not have the depth guide that comes with it. I have soured the internet and searched through this forum to no avail. I have a 3D printer, so I can print my own, but I need the dimensions for the acrylic attachment. If someone could take some measurements, I can try and design the file, which if successful, I would be happy to post to the 3d files here. Thanks,

i own a pw. if you send me an image of what it looks like, i will measure mine.
 
It's the acrylic piece that attaches with the longer screws underneath the mount. It also can be identified by the small screw on the bottom and a small swing in the back part of it. Thanks,

Hi Tony,

Yes, the piece that mounts to the holder underneath as well as the small L bracket that attaches to it. I'm getting an idea from some of the pictures I have seen, but I would like to know how wide to make it and where the groves are located.

Hi Mike, also in the process of aquiring a Pen Wizard. It's an older model still new in box. No Depth Gauge with it due to it's age. Please let me know if you have any sucess in 3D printing one. If you can't locate measurements, I have some that were given to me and your welcome to take a look and check them out. If you have sucess, I'd like to purchase one from you since it comes in handy for doing tapered blanks. thanks

Hi Bob,

Sorry for the late reply, been away for a bit. I did not get any measurements and I have put it aside for a bit. If you have some dimensions, I'll give it a shot. Going to be a bit as I am away for work again until mid-september.

I should have added that I did manage to print the round one that Mr Beale used on a few videos I watched, but I didn't get a chance to use it as my Dremel didn't fit. Another rabbit hole :) I do intend to try this again when works slows down and summer ends. Cheers,
