Just got off the phone with Pen States product support about an issue I'm having with their telescoping stylus pen kit. The lady I talked to resolved my problem in only a couple of minutes.
After hearing some bad stuff about PSI, I was pleasantly surprised how helpful they were.

I, too, have had good things to say when contacting them direct. Much of the negative stuff we see here seems to occur when trying to contact them via email.

Yup. I emailed recently and got no response ever. I think calling is definitely the way to a cheer.

I have bought many things from Penn State and it has always been a positive experience.
Of course, I have not had to turn to customer support for any reason. Possibly that might make a difference.

If they have e-mail as an option, they need to respond promptly using e-mail. I'm still waiting for the catalog that I ordered.

I have e mailed PSI with no results. Phoned and was not to happy with the conversation, but have generally been happy with their products. Shipping has always been speedy
I will continue to buy from them
