pen part names

I have someone who wants some pens made with the part of the pen you hold onto when writing to be a certain size 3/8 to 9/16 inch around. I tried to find a pic showing the different parts and names and couldn't find anything. I know there is a name for it. He wants a click or the postable type.

Is there a picture of a pen with names of the different parts?

If it's a two barrel kit, perhaps it's called the lower barrel (?).
As Joe S. suggested....it would/should be identified on the instructions.

I always considered the part you hang onto as the "section". If it works for fountain pens, it works for me.
