Just a random question for those of you that sell pens. Do you market your pens with a different name? For example, you buy and build a Gatsby kit, but when you place it for sale, you call it a "Fitzgerald" pen instead of a "Gatsby"

I name my pens after Counties and Cities in Ohio. I place the kit names along with my name for the pen in the tags for SEO purposes.

I've never thought of that but you have a point. I never had a name for pens unless talking to another pen person that wants to know. As far as selling or promoting a pen I've always called them a twist, click or desk pen. I discuss the parts or how it was made and never thought of naming them. Also be careful about naming them because they might be like animals. When you name it you become attached and won't want to part with it!
