Pen Kits

Does anyone know if the pen kit vendors do a special birthday bash sales for pen kits?Like for the slimline,cigar Jr Gents, or other pen kits.I've seen one vendor from Australia Timberbits do a high end pen kit sale but what about the local vendors.

last year one of the vendors here had a nice sale . it was like 16 % of on the 16th .
hopping it will be 17 % of on the 16th if we are lucky.It was kind of a ( there )anniversary sale .
