i got a flyer in the mail last week. so after i went on a ride to the woodworking show, i stopped off at Rockler, hoping they'd have some of the kits i wanted still there. Tey had EVERYTHING I was looking for. So i got about 8-10 kits of each I needed. Mostly the kits i use to do castings.
 
Why is it that whenever there is a sale I never have any money? :frown: Must be one of Murphy's rules. I'm never going to get enough inventory to start selling if I have top keep paying top dollar ($20) per kit, plus blank.
 
Of course, they're out of stock on the kits I want!

And if you use code 2R002 you should get free shipping but I don't know how long that lasts...or code 2R042..hehe
 
If you contact them, they should give you a store credit for missing the shipping code. They did for me in the same situation.

I like the bands they use on some of the slim line components. Nice design engraved on them.
 
Here I thought that your Quarter blanks were on sale.:( I am working to get a Utah Fountain Pen to add to my collection if it is the last thing I do. Thanks for the tip Seanus.
 
Hope you guys are satisfied with your purchases. Last month Xander started a thread on how dissatisfied he was with Rockler pen kits. Maybe that's why they're 40% off.

I did? That's news to me. I PREFER Rockler kits over some of the Berea kits


I did say I had problems with Rockler having wrong tubes or bushings but as far is the kits go... I like 'em.

Thats quite alright. I DID have a rant about how bad Rockler is with stuff being 'wrong', and my experience with wrong parts in wrong kits, but I think it's due to them changing suppliers. You may remove foot.
