Woodcraft introduced and discontinued the P-40 Warhawk & Nuclear Submarine kits during the two years I was on a pen turning hiatus due to health & family circumstances.
I have been looking for at least the P-40 kit for over a year & finally found one of each through the Penturners Facebook Group. The fellow who had them made me a fair deal & threw in the bushings since these were his last ones.
It's a gimmky kit, but I've always had a soft spot for the P-40 ever since I first saw John Wayne in The Flying Tigers in the early 1950s. I'm looking forward to adding these two to my military pen collection.
