Pen kit question

Is there a 2 part Sierra, WallStreet III, Gatsby kit out there? By that I mean one that has a turned top and bottom, not just a turned top like the ones listed.

I'm really looking for a kit that has a quality twist mechanism and refil, like the Sierra, but is two parts like Slimline / Euro pens.

The Cigar style pens seem to come the closest, but I'd really prefer a kit with smooth transition parts. By that I mean the nib on the Cigar pens has ridges, and the coller is steped in size.

So In saying all that, a Cigar kit but with all smooth parts like the Sierra is what I'm looking for. Just wondering if anyone knows of something like that before I give up searching.

You may want to look at the Artisan Jr. Gent Ballpoint from CSUSA Artisan Jr. Gentlemen's Ballpoint Pen Kit | Pen Making | Craft Supplies USA. It is a larger pen but has a smooth twist transmission.
