I believe they are cigar kits
I've seen this kit called the "Manager" rollerball (I think it comes in a fountain version too), and CSUSA sells it as the "Executive" (confusing because PSI has a different kit entirely that is also called the "Executive.")
I just turned a gold Executive rollerball from CSUSA a couple of weeks ago using primarily Goncalo Alves. It's a nice looking kit, the fit and finish feel good, and it was easy to drill and turn. At the end of the day, I didn't particularly care for the writing experience. I have rather strong and specific opinions about how I like my pens to feel when I write with them though. I will say a coworker of mine who is also a bit of a pen enthusiast (he's a Montblanc guy) gave it a try and absolutely loved it. So preferences are very much individual. By all means, give it a shot and see how you like it.
