Pen Case for bigger pens

I bought a 48 pen caes off of Arizona Silhouette and it will not hold any thing fatter than a zen or a slimline fatter pens like cigars etc. simply hit each other when you try to close the case and it finally damaged some of my pens.

Where can I get a good case that will hold fatter type pens? or are they all just cheap chinees cases and you can only use one side?

they have the leatherette cases in 3 sizes. They hold the cigar and larger pens easily

I have several from Woodturningz. They hold all sizes, but with cigars and larger, the cases will not zip when fully loaded.

The cases I have I got from woodnwhimsies have the same problem. I just put slims on one side and the bigger pens on the other That way when its closed they are less likely to rub againest each other.

I always get a piece of very heavy fabric to lay between the 2 sides if there isn't something already that separates the sides.

I also use the cases from Wood-N-Whimsies. With larger pens I'll put one in every other slot then do the same on top. They fit together nice and don't look over filled.

Just out of fairness they are just selling PSI cases. There is one for larger pens and it seems fine to me but I put a thin sheet of something between sides.
