Pen Bushings

Before someone chimes in that I ought to make my own...I don't have the time nor inclination to do so now. But...I need a set of pen bushings for a pen kit called the Silver Bullet Pen Kit. Can someone help me with this? Craft Supplies has discontinued this line of kits...so the bushings are sionara also.

Turn it between centers without bushings and use calipers.
Or
Turn it with a set of bushings that fit the tube and use calipers.

Americana Twist. Which means they are probably the same as the classic American ball point offered by several other vendors.
