Lin, Never seen them anywhere else at less cost. I have purchased a few from PSI and they are nice. I think the shipping cost is a problem because one of the boxes does not fit in a USPS small flat rate box. When I bought them I added them to an ordr that I knew was going to be a UPS or Fedex shipment.
 
You may be able to find them at WoodCrafters or any PSI resaler such as www.woodturningz.com. You'll need to contact wood turningz as they don't show everything on the website that they sell.

I got some similar to them at my local Michael's a few years back. Checked the web site and they weren't listed now. Don't know if Michael's and Hobby Lobby are in Canada.

This is what I usually do as well. They're nice boxes.
 
I have a couple of the bamboo ones on my desk and they are very classy. PSI is the only place that I have found them.
