Pen Boxes

I have received a couple of PM's asking about making pen boxes with the 7mm barrel hinges. A picture being worth a thousand words, I made up a batch of boxes this morning and took some pictures along the way.

Apparently I took to many pictures and I can't add them to one post, so I have posted them on my blog along with descriptions and a some hints and tips.

I have a question... where do you find the hinges? I've seen them on Rockler, but they're rediculously expensive, like more than just buying a box would be.

I'm sure any of the resellers could get them for you also.
