I have seen this pen box before but do not remember who sold it. Any help out there ??? Or is there something close to it by someone??? Hope I am not infringing on someone's photo rights.

Nick you are correct. I just emailed him and he does not carry them any more. He will be getting a different replacement in about 4 weeks. Thanks.
