I was making a sierra pen...how did that work out...not to good:eek:. so I saves what I could and came up with some old parts of 2 slimline kits and this is what I got :laugh:

.......not sure if I like it.,It is quite interesting. Appears to be colored pencils? A for effort. You have a plan, stick w/it and you'll get it!......Jan

Thanks....It is colored pencils that i glued up next time i will cast them...the blank came a part when i was driling, so took the parts of the blank that i could use and reworked, only could save enough to make the slimline ..just need to see if i could make it work.... and what it would look like

Next time wrap the blank with tape & rubber bands before drilling. And go really slow. It would probably be a good idea to douse the blank in CA before wrapping with the tape. You'll have to turn all the mess off, but it should help hold the blank together.

I really like those colored pencil blanks. Good save.
