Pair of Spalted Elm's!

Hi All,


Following on from the spalted elm pen I submitted yesterday, I have produced another one for my wife, as she liked the markings so much.


A "His and Her's Set" if you like!


I made my wife's with a generous hip. (No pun intended!)


I think they make a rather fetching pair!


The fit on this one is much better.

Nice looking set Kenny, photo background is getting too busy for my liking.

I would put them on a plain background as its the pens that you want to be the focal point of the pic. Just my 10p worth of info.[][]

Thanks All,

Have received my new lathe and bandsaw, so my next submits will be my first attempts at detailed segmented work.

If any one has any tips, or do's and dont's on segmenting pens, I would be most grateful!
