I've been wanting to make one for my wife for a while.
I made one a while back, but she can't use the skinny section - hurts her hand. So....
Oh - edit to add: this is made from two different PR resins that my wife picked out. I used some plastic epoxy weld to fix them together.
5/8" x 28tpi threads for cap to barrel. Yes the cap is VERY thin. I was worried I wouldn't have enough material to work with. I must have measured 10 times to check and double check. Yep, should be thick enough. It was a little nerve wracking running that 19/32" bit through there before threading the cap.

Thanks! That white stuff was pretty brittle. I'm really glad it survived drilling and turning.

For some reason it reminds me of a nurse. I don't know why. Something about the pink and white and the way the cap is layered... maybe it reminds me of a thermometer?

I dunno.
