Placed an order this AM and less than one & half-hours later I had aUSPS conformation of it being shipped today.
Smithy has defiantly not slowed down on CUSTOMER SERVICE.:biggrin:

Same thing for me! Ordered and very quickly was given my shipping info this morning. I purchased his special on steam punk pen blanks. Smitty gets 2 thumbs up.
Timing is everything
My mail usually gets picked up about 2pm but for the past couple of weeks it has been picked up earlier. Usually if an order arrives early enough for me to get it packed and ready it will go out the door with the next mail pickup. That sometimes is the same day and sometimes the next business day. In these cases I came to my computer having just finished the days packing and found two orders...I immediately went back to packing (they were both easy orders to pack) and beat the mail pickup.
