So you buy yourself a handle collect set and a bottom feeder bowl gouge. You make yourself a handle, grab a roughed out bowl and start cutting. You are having so much fun that you forget to check the wall thickness!

It happens to all of us. I have that same collet handle system. I love the interchangeable collets that allow you to use the handle with any size tool.
