Only 40 out right now and the marsh he is sittin in was frozen a week ago......bet that water is COLD!!!!:eek:

Hey Rick! I don't know ANYTHING about Alaska, but that sure looks like that "Creek" that everyone always talks about being on without a paddle:)
 
Tracy and I know spring is here when the first dude on a 4 wheeler ends up in the ICU after ridding off a cliff! Break up is definately a wierd and wacky time of year....
 
In Minnesota we get the geniuses who drive cars or snowmobiles across lakes when the ice isn't thick enough. And in March, always a few people who don't get their ice fishing shacks off the lake.

In my opinion, the ice is never thick enough. I've had a couple close calls when I thought it was safe, never again.

You got to be careful with ICE! On the way out this was solid, you can see my tracks in the background. I headed back when a storm chased me out of the mountains and 20 feet of ice gave way under me. It had been -20 or colder for weeks when this happened.
