I hate it when even when you think you are doing everything right, you get a crack while assembling the pen. So I started with clean tubes, chamfered ends, slight salivary lubricant and slow straight, even pressing yet a crack was the result.

I disassembled the pen, sanded, cleaned it well and reapplied both thin and pen finish CA. It made it back from the brink. I carefully looked for the crack to locate the clip and it took a while to find it; very pleased about that.

Saturn/Roadster with stabilized redwood burl.

Your pen looks to be a dead-ringer for the BHW Streamline 7mm, with the exception of price: CSUSA's price for Gun Metal or Chrome appears to be $2.75/kit whereas BHW's price starts at $4.40 for Gun Metal and goes up from there. Interesting!

I usually buy quite a few at a time and the price goes down nicely.
