Seriously though, that is an awesome pen. I am not disappointed in any way. I am glad that those to blanks went to the better crafter.

As you might have guessed, it took twenty-four coats of BLO and CA to finally bury the label so that you could not feel it. I had even attempted to cut a slight recess in the wood, but that did no work. I did not cut it deep enough. Thank you for your comments.

I found the procedure in our library, John Hallock, I think and in the year 2009. It was fun and not that hard.
