Stick with this therapy, it's good for US! Nice pens! How do you manage the prep? I'm trying to cut/drill/glue a dozen or so at a time and then turn throughout the week.

I do just that. Prepare many blanks to "complete" the pen kit, then turn. I usually have at least 3 mandrels working.
