just went for a massage and told the masseuse to use hard pressure. Now, it worked wonders on my back, but I didn't know if I was going to be able to walk down the steps my calves hurt so much.

Who'd a thunk that a 100lb Russian girl could put that much pressure down. Okay, maybe she was 105lbs.

That is one of the differences between a good massage and a poor one. With a masseuse in the first few years of their profession, I usually have to walk them through what each part of my body needs a fair amount. When you get one that's done it for a long time, you usually don't have to guide them much at all.

Was that 105lbs per leg????:biggrin::eek:

I believe that Russia uses metric measure which makes a lot more sense. Let's see, 105 x 2.2 = ~231 lbs That sound more like it.

The major pain is now gone, and I'm just kinda sore all over. Tomorrow should be pain free for the first time in about a year.

Lou, if you'd like, I can make an appointment with her for you. But don't come crying to me afterwards, cause I warned ya.

I think she was using elbows more than hands.
