Olive customer set, and something for me

This set was ordered for a fathers day gift. These blanks looked pretty similar when I started but it goes to show you never know what you may uncover.

Forgive me for posting something other than a pen, but its my pen cup for my desk at work. It's Walnut with BLO and a beal buff, CA on the inerior.

Jim, Olive is very pleasant to turn. This is not the coveted Bethleham Olive, I got it from Dario, which I believe he gets from California but I am not certain. Either way, its great stuff to turn. It is fairly wet so I turned near size and let it sit for a few weeks to dry. I know that may not be the preferred practice but it works for me.
