Olive ash forms

Hello folks

heres a few that i've made recently, all turned from the same olive ash tree.

4" wide by 5" tall



4 1/4" wide by 5 1/2" tall



4 1/8" wide by 5" tall


5 1/2" wide by 7 1/2" tall

I agree. That first one is impressive.

Did you even sand the ridges or is that all just very precise tool control?! I can imagine it would be hard to not mess up those curves with sandpaper.

thank you for your comments, the ridges are created by cutting very shallow coves which creates the little ridge between them, I use a rolled up a piece of sandpaper to very carefully sand them.
